The Approach
First, its about the food. I am here for the food, of food, and by food. Being a Chef has put me in, and gotten me through the toughest situations in my life and all have been for the better. Food is life. I have been embracing and practicing stoicism for a few years, teaching myself to think and react differently.

Stoic Culinary, but what, why, you may ask? Where did it come from, what does it do? I will help guide you, and show you how to grow. As a culinary consulting company we are here for you in every aspect. Just as we all grew in culinary to reach the present self we are today.
